Applications

Optimised for your process.

MFP flat pallets accompany small parts from machining to packaging: as a tray between process steps, as a carrier in the ultrasonic bath and as a magazine for feeding by robot or vision system. The system was developed for carbide manufacturing and for industries in which sensitive small parts are handled in a wide variety of types – in use at grinding, cleaning and packaging machines.

Reorder

Do you already know your MFP model?

Then reordering is quick: choose MFP 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4 and send us the article number for Classic (grey) or Standard/pearl white (white), the quantity and your requested date. The model number is embossed on every pallet – a photo is enough if you don’t have the documents to hand.

New application

Looking for a workpiece carrier for a new task?

Start with the part: its largest footprint and its height determine which pocket fits. From there it is a short step to the right model – and to the questions your process raises: will the parts be cleaned, picked automatically or stacked? Our selection guide takes you to a decision in seven steps.

Send us the model you need or the dimensions of your part, together with quantity and application. If a machine is involved, the manufacturer, type and existing pallet holder are helpful. We will get back to you with a proposal and a quotation.

Manz flat pallets and grid pallets for small parts

Many companies know the MFP system as “Manz flat pallets” (Manz Flachpaletten). These grid pallets were developed as workpiece carriers for holding small parts in an orderly way – for machine loading, transport and storage as well as for industrial parts cleaning. If you already work with MFP, you will find the familiar models 0 to 4 here with their dimensions and article numbers.
