Which model suits my part?
The rule of thumb: choose the smallest pocket that your part fits into with a little clearance in its intended position. That way you get the most parts on each pallet and need fewer pallets in circulation.
- Footprint up to 11.8 × 11.8 mm: MFP 0 with 408 places.
- Up to 17.7 × 17.7 mm: MFP 1 with 204 places.
- Up to 27.8 × 26.1 mm: MFP 2 with 96 places.
- Up to 37.9 × 35.6 mm or taller parts: MFP 3 with 54 places.
- Up to 57.7 × 54.3 mm and tall parts: MFP 4 with 24 places.
If a gripper needs room at the side or the part has sensitive edges, the next larger model may be the better choice. Height matters as well as footprint: MFP 0 to 2 are 14 mm high, MFP 3 is 18 mm and MFP 4 is 26 mm.
Classic or Standard/pearl white?
Every model is available in two colours, each with its own article number: Classic is grey, Standard/pearl white is white. With two colours you can tell pallets for different processes, departments or customers apart at a glance – for example unmachined and finished parts. Dark parts such as carbide stand out with particularly high contrast on the white pallet. For a reorder, it is best to give us the full number from your delivery note or master data so that your pallet pool stays uniform.
Reordering with an existing article number
Take the number from a previous delivery note or read the model designation off the pallet – it is embossed next to the label area. Add the quantity and requested date. We will send you a quotation with price, availability and delivery time.
Planning a new application
For a new task, a part drawing or a photo with dimensions and a short description of the process help us most. What matters is not only whether the part fits into the pocket, but also whether it arrives at the next process step in the right condition after transport, cleaning or removal. On request, we can arrange a sample test with you.

Grid pallets and cleaning pallets
Grid pallets are workpiece carriers that arrange small parts in individual pockets. Because MFP pallets are also used in the cleaning process, they are also called cleaning pallets: the parts can be cleaned directly in the pallet in an ultrasonic bath, and temperature resistance is designed for washing and drying up to 89 °C. The open grid structure touches the parts at only a few points – protecting the surface and letting the liquid drain away.

Important when comparing: a higher model number means larger pockets but fewer parts per pallet – the footprint always stays the same. Capacity drops from 408 places on the MFP 0 to 24 on the MFP 4.
