Workpiece carriers along your production line

A small part passes through many stations before it is packed: machining, inspection, cleaning, assembly. MFP flat pallets keep it in a fixed position all the way – every part in its own pocket, visible, countable and without contact with its neighbours. Here you will find an overview of the main applications of these workpiece carriers.

From application to selection

The MFP system was developed for storing and transporting small parts in carbide manufacturing and in industries with sensitive small parts in a wide variety of types. Which model suits your task depends on the part and the process:

One carrier for the whole route

A workpiece carrier shows its greatest strength when parts do not have to be transferred. If the same pallet is loaded, cleaned, transported and unloaded at the next machine, you save handling steps and avoid damage. So record every station: where is the pallet loaded? How is it transported? Where is it cleaned? How are the parts removed? A simple process chart quickly shows whether one pallet can go all the way.

Existing machine or new solution?

If your machine already works with MFP pallets, things are simple: the 383 × 281.3 mm footprint is the same for all models, and the side notch fixes the orientation in the holder. Tell us the model you use and the reorder is quickly settled. For a new process, we agree on pallet holder, part position and removal together with your design and production teams.

Clarifying the next question together

You don’t need to know every technical detail. A photo of the part, the main dimensions and a short description of the process are enough to get started. We will propose a model and clarify open points with you.

Grid pallets for grinding, cleaning and packaging machines

MFP grid pallets are suitable for a variety of machining equipment and designed for automation. High-performance vision systems detect the parts in the grid and feed them automatically into the machining process. Standardised stacking systems link the stations. For your specific machine, we clarify how the pallet is held and how the part is transferred.
